2. Notifications & Peak Season

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days
  • Estimated Arrival = Processing + Transit
  • During holidays, allow an additional 3–5 days
  • Multi-item orders may ship separately
  • Some restricted items may require approval before dispatch

3. Order Tracking & Missing Parcels

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check via Track Your Order.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check nearby or contact us for assistance.
